The field of hardware stamping industry is very many, but the production process of precision hardware mold processing stamping parts is not easy to disclose, the production of hardware mold is not as simple as we imagine, we must do it step by step in accordance with the process, the following is to introduce the content of the hardware mold production process and steps.

Hardware mold manufacturing process and steps:

1. Wool embryo material processing:

1. Milling six square angles (the verticality error is less than 0.1/300), the length and width of the same die material can be the same, the thickness is 0.2mm grinding (quenched parts need 0.5mm grinding) angular chamfering.

2. Grinding the upper and lower surfaces (hardening workpiece needs 0.3mm)

2. Mechanical processing:

1. Drill, attack and perforate holes according to the drawings.

2. Milling each hole or forming part;

3. After heat treatment, the workpiece should grind the upper and lower planes and the reference edge;

4. Machining the rotating parts of the automobile, tolerance according to the requirements of the drawing. All nail holes shall not be processed first: the holes requiring heat treatment shall be drilled, and the rest shall be installed with holes and hinges.

3. Wire cutting:

Wire cut each forming part according to the matching requirements specified in the drawing. Guide post, guide sleeve and die frame closely matched punch and fixed plate transition match pin and hole transition match.

4. Assembly:

1. Assemble the mold frame according to the drawing first to ensure that the guide post and guide sleeve are perpendicular to the mold frame and the movement is smooth

2. Fix the mold on the mold rack, place the corresponding thickness of copper skin evenly around the mold according to the gap given in the drawing, and then put it into the mold. After the test paper determines the burr evenly around the mold, tighten the mold, mold and cancel the nail (if it is a composite mold, punch gap should fix the punch and die). 3. Then install discharge and ejection mechanism.

5, the overall processing sequence of the mold:

1. Give priority to processing the workpiece that needs heat treatment.

2. The second is processing. A workpiece that requires wire cutting.

3. Then process the parts of the mold frame, namely the tray and the base.

4. Reprocess other components.

5. Assembly and mold test.
