How to avoid the temperature difference to slow wire processing error?

CNC wire walking machine is guaranteed to work within the operating temperature range of 20±3°. If the temperature difference is large, the following methods can be used to reduce the processing error caused by the temperature difference:

(1) Before the parts work, the working liquid shall be soaked or washed for a period of time, and then the alignment and processing shall be carried out to ensure the accuracy.

(2) Large parts are recommended to be completed at a power-on. If the processing stop time is long (such as night), it is difficult to ensure the processing accuracy. In a processing, if the downtime is more than 2 hours, it should also be flushed for more than half an hour before scouring to reduce the error caused by the temperature difference.


What is the influence of unreasonable flush pressure on processing rate in slow wire processing?

Unreasonable flush pressure in slow wire processing will have adverse effects on processing:

(1) Main cutting: stamping is too low, easy to cause broken wire, the flow pressure is too high, will make the electrode wire deviate from the theoretical position, leaving uneven material allowance to be removed for trimming.

(2) When cutting: the punching pressure is too low, especially when processing punch, will make the processing process become unstable, so that the workpiece surface produce wire marks or ripples; When the flush pressure is too high, the geometrical error will increase and the surface will sometimes appear corrugated. In order to avoid excessive flush pressure on the upper part of the workpiece, the Z axis should be raised by about 1mm when trimming (especially when processing punch).

How to prevent the workpiece rust of slow wire processing?

The working fluid of slow wire processing is deionized water, which is easy to cause the workpiece to embroider. For parts that have been cut off and exposed for a long time, it is recommended to apply anti-rust oil for protection; If a blank in the workbench installed for a long time, use the next day, before work the application of compressed air to dry the water on the workpiece; The cut parts first wipe the water on the workpiece, and then spray with anti-rust oil; If there is a sandblasting machine, the surface can be sandblasted. If there is no sandblasting machine, the weak acid can be dipped and then the dry oil can be rinsed with clean water. Now there is a special anti-rust liquid, which can inhibit the corrosion of the workpiece when added to the water.
