The precision can reach 0.001mm, and the machining quality of the surface is close to the technical level of grinding. In the process of processing, the electrode wire discharge will not be used, its characteristics are: smooth work, uniform, small jitter, processing quality and level is better, and the use of advanced power technology, can achieve high-speed processing.
In order to improve the machining accuracy of parts, slow wire cutting is to take the way of wire electrode continuous wire supply, that is, the wire electrode in the process of motion to complete the processing, even if the loss of the wire electrode, can also be timely and continuous supplement, so the processing accuracy naturally on. Just said that the maximum productivity of the slow wire can be up to 350mm2/min. The surface roughness of the workpiece processed by the slow wire cutting machine can usually reach Ra=0.8μm and above. The roundness error, straight line error and size error of the slow wire cutting machine are much better than that of the slow wire cutting machine. Therefore, the slow wire cutting machine has been widely used in the processing of high-precision parts.
Cutting speed of western slow wire cutting:
1. To ensure that the lubricating water of the conductive block on the head of the slow wire cutting machine and the conductive block on the lower head works well, the lubricating water must be sufficient, so as to avoid the electrode wire cutting to the conductive block on the upper head and the conductive wheel on the lower head and reduce the cutting efficiency.
2, To ensure that the upper and lower high pressure water works well, please check the high pressure pump, high pressure water valve, bypass water valve, upper and lower nozzle and water pipe in the loop to ensure that there is no blockage and leakage phenomenon.
3, to ensure the electrolyte ion plating. The electrolyte in the slow wire cutting refers to deionized water, which has good insulation and is conducive to discharge machining.
4, to ensure that the discharge circuit is well connected. Ensure good cable connection; Check the input and output voltage of the cable is correct; Check the wire trace condition of the upper conductive block and the lower conductive wheel, whether it should be adjusted or replaced; Generally speaking, the discharge parameters will be automatically given by the slow wire cutting machine during processing. If the roughing speed is to be provided, the discharge parameters can be adjusted appropriately.
5. To ensure the quality of the resistance used, the processing speed of zinc wire is faster than that of brass wire when processing copper work pieces.
