Precision mold processing process:

In the process of mold processing, it is necessary to follow the prescribed process in order to ensure the accuracy of the mold and product quality. Mold processing is a complex process, in the processing of the process must be accurate.

The mold processing process generally includes: mold blank preparation, parts rough machining, semi-finishing machining, heat treatment, finishing machining, cavity surface treatment, mold assembly, machine debugging.

I. Preparation of mold blanks: Most mold blanks are metal. Taking forging processing as an example, the raw materials used for forging are generally bars, plates and pipes. The operator mainly selects according to the specific shape and geometric size of the blank. For the sheet blank, ordinary blanking or precision blanking can be used. If you need to forge the ring, you can also cut the blank with pipe.

We take milling processing as an example. As long as the outer contour and island of the part are given, the machining track can be generated. And the arc can be automatically added at the sharp corner of the track to ensure the smooth track, so as to meet the requirements of high-speed machining. 5. Finishing: The machining allowance of finishing is smaller than that of rough machining. Select good props for cutting, control the walking speed and rotation speed of props, and pay attention to the size and gloss appearance of materials.

7. Mold assembly: according to certain specified technical requirements, the parts are combined into components, and combined into parts and even the whole machine process. There are two forms of assembly, one is fixed assembly, the other is mobile assembly. Different batch production uses different assembly methods.

During the assembly process, some die parts need to be polished and trimmed. The main content of mold assembly is to assemble the finished mold parts and standard parts into a complete mold according to the general assembly drawing of the mold. After mold trial, some parts need to be adjusted and trimmed, so that the parts produced by the mold meet the requirements of the drawing, and the mold can work normally continuously, the processing of the mold is completed.
